Dogs:

Pets are welcome with an extra cost of Euro 6,00 per day. We can apply a special charge if it's necessary an extra cleaning service.
4-legged friends are unfortunately not allowed in certain rooms, in the restaurant, in the breakfast room and in the swimming pool area.

Tax:

The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid for stays from 1 to 10 nights.
Tourist tax amount € 2.00 per day per person. Children up to 14 years do not pay this tax.

Smokers:

Smoking is forbidden in all the rooms, in the common areas, in the restaurant and in the breakfast room. It is allowed to smoke only in open spaces.

Booking and cancellation policy:  

For a definitive confirmation of your booking request, we will request you a 30% of the total amount (by credit card or bank transfer).
In case of cancellation 12 days in advance of your arrival date, the deposit will be returned to you.
In case of cancellation from 11 days until 2 days before your arrival date, the deposit will not be returned.
In case of cancellation the last 2 days before your arrival date: the deposit will be retained and 50% of the total stay amount will be required.
In case of no show the deposit will be kept and the total amount will be required.
